As an ERP Sales Manager, you will lead the sales efforts of our ERP solutions. Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define project scope
- Create and execute project plans, including timelines and budget
- Manage project resources, including in-house staff and external contractors
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including the executive team
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective team collaboration
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Managing the functionality of new ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems

Managing change across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the new system

- Minimum of 20 quotations to new clients monthly.
- Establish Contact with clients/potential clients

- Responsible for achieving the target (BD 6,000 Six Thousand Bahraini Dinars monthly).

Highly skilled and motivated System Implementer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying system requirements, analyzing market trends, and leading the end-to-end implementation of critical business solutions. You will manage the implementation of various systems such as CRM, Ticket-Based Solutions, e-commerce platforms, and mobile app integration, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Requirements Analysis: Identify business needs and translate them into functional system requirements. Analyze market trends and industry innovations to suggest relevant solutions for the companies growth.
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of key systems such as CRM, Ticket-Based Solutions, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to successful deployment.
- System Integration & Customization: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system integration. Customize solutions to meet specific business needs and objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure the successful execution of system implementations. Engage with senior management for alignment on project milestones and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of systems and services.
- Post-Implementation Support: Ensure proper system training for end-users and provide ongoing support after implementation to resolve issues and ensure continued system effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing systems, processes, and workflows. Suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Processing tax payments and returns
- Manage all accounting transactions
